CASH OPTION
After going through the online registration: 1. Take note of the TRANSACTION ID and the AMOUNT. 2. Go to the CFC Global Mission Center (#156 20th Avenue, Cubao, Quezon City) from 9am5pm, Monday to Friday. 3. Pay this transaction at the CFC Cashier within 2-3 working days. (Transactions not paid after 3 days will be cancelled. Once the transaction is cancelled, you have to register again.) 4. The Cashier will then review your payment and CONFIRM your transaction. 5. An email notification will be sent to you and the contact person you indicated. 6. Send a scanned copy of your 2x2 photo to [email protected] along with the email confirmation received from CFC Home Office Online. 7. Change of names or cancellation of transaction is NOT allowed once the transaction has been confirmed. 8. RFID production is at most 7 days after photo has been sent. Once printed, you will receive an email notification with details on how to claim your RFID. 9. Deposit the full amount as reflected in the transaction within 2-3 working days upon registration. Your registration will automatically cancel after 3 days (72 hours) from the time you registered online. 2. After deposit, log in back to www.cfchomeoffice.com. 3. Go to REGISTRATION HISTORY and click your TRANSACTION ID. 4. Enter Deposit details (DATE, TIME, REFERENCE NUMBER, BANK BRANCH, AMOUNT). a. BPI REFERENCE NUMBER: Located at Upper Right Side of Deposit Slip. (AlphaNumeric Code) b. PNB REFERENCE NUMBER: Please indicate branch. 5. Finance will review the payment and do confirmation. 6. An email notification will be sent to you and the contact person you indicated. 7. Send a scanned copy of your 2x2 photo to [email protected] along with the email confirmation received from CFC Home Office Online. 8.
