I. Introduction: The teacher is an agent of change in education. To provide a sound basis on which to establish its plan of action, the school conducts a training design to improve the SBM support systems through interventions that the school and and other administrative levels of the department may introduce. II. Objectives: 1. Determine the level of the SBM practices of the school. 2. Provide the school a sound basis on which to establish its plan of action. 3. Improves the SBM support systems through intervention that the school and other administrative levels of the department may introduce. 4. Determine the effectiveness of SBM practices in the delivery of basic education services.

III. Target Participants: Participants to this training are all the teachers of Paligawan Elementary School. IV. Time Frame: The training will be on April 26, 2013 and will start at 7:00 in the morning until 4:30 in the afternoon.

I. Introduction: The teachers should be strengthened in the needs according to the standards set by the National Competence Based Teacher Standards. In order to achieve professional development the school conducts School Learning Action Cell (SLAC). II. Objectives: 1. To yield every teachers strength and professional development needs. 2. To utilize the result of TSNA in making of the Individual Plan for Professional Development of the teacher. 3. Help every teacher determine individual strengths and needs according to the standards set by National Competence Based Teacher Standards. 4. Give information for professional development which can be done through teachers capability building programs. III. Target Participants: Participants to this training are all the teachers of Paligawan Elementary School. IV. Time Frame: The training will be on April 25, 2013 and will start at 7:00 in the morning until 4:30 in the afternoon.
