HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT The practice of Human Resource Management (HRM) must be viewed through the prism of overall strategic goals for the organization instead of a standalone tint that takes a unit based or a micro approach. Our HRM program integrates with the organizations overall strategy to ensure effective use of people and provide better returns to the organizations. CHANGE MANAGEMENT One out of every three new implementation of business practices and information systems fail. These failures are most often not due to technical glitches or lack of specialized competencies, but remain within the realms of people management and issues that pertain to the soft side of business and management. Organizations ranging from large multinational corporations to small start-ups need to change in order to succeed and survive. This program designed to develop a better comprehension of the inherent issues pertaining to successfully implementing change(s) in an organizational setting. STRATEGIC MANAGEMENT The management of strategy involves superior understanding of the key stakeholders or managers within a corporate setting and meeting the expectations of these groups therein. To ensure value maximization of corporate objectives, aligning strategy with these objectives is imperative. Proper alignment of strategy to overall corporate vision, mission, and objectives is required to unleash the true potential and capability of corporations. PROJECT MANAGEMENT The orchestration of various business requirements, require effective project management tools. The methodology offered in this course offers the flexibility needed to manage projects in an ever changing environment and most importantly the control element discussed here helps a project to be cost effective. It is meant for individuals and organizations that strive to improve their project management performance and core management competencies. This course focuses on essential tools and techniques to control projects more effectively based on current best practices. FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT The orchestration of various business processes through a concerted effort is crucial in any business and one of the most significant ones would be economic decisions that involve those processes. This is definitely part of the quest for radically changing an organizations processes and core business functions with the objective of improving its efficiency, product/service quality, profitability and competitive advantage. This course covers financial decision making to a wide variety of managerial situations, including financial statement analysis; asset valuation, budgeting; cost management and evaluation of economic performance.
