Instructions for the Applicants


1. Please ensure that the following items are enclosed:

(a) Copy of Date of Birth Certificate or High School Certificate with Date of Birth on it (b) Copies of all marks sheets/grade cards in the preceding degree programs (c) Copies of all preceding degree certificates (d) Copy of NET/CSIR/Gate Certificate 2. In case you are offered admission, you should provide the following in ORIGINAL: (a) Date of Birth Certificate or High School Certificate with Date of Birth on it (b) All marks sheets/grade cards in the preceding degree programs (c) All preceding degree certificates (d) NET/CSIR/ Certificate (e) Community Certificate for candidates of SC, ST and OBC categories (f) Doctors Certificate for candidates with Physical Disabilities
