General Power of Attorney

This document appoints an agent to act on behalf of the principal. It grants the agent full power and authority to perform various legal acts for and in the name of the principal, including collecting money, recovering debts, signing contracts and agreements, and delegating some or all of the granted powers to other persons selected by the agent.
