Part1: Over see

Part2: Boot-strap
Plug the power supply DC-12V. You can hear D one times. It will check-up by itself. And scan the screen. It will display P after scan. As picture.

Part 3: Operation Guide


1. Press button [READ] .It will display RE, and then put the key on the influence place. The screen will display OK after it read the key pins success. You can hear D D D three times. If it displays ER on the screen, try to do it again until it displays OK and you can hear the sound.

Part 4:Data wroten operation


1.Remove the memory chip from the ECU, clean it and put it in the chip fixture, then lock it firmly. As right pic.

2. Press [MODE] button to select the related type of car. This device in only supply the transponder (key chip) is 4C.Year is between 1995-2001. 56 mode is match Toyota camry series, EEPROM is 93C56, you could find this chip at location IC601 on ECU. T1 mode is match Toyota vela, Toyota 4700, AVALON, LEXUS series, EPROM is 93C56 or 93C66, you could find this chip at location IC900 on ECU. T2 mode is match 4700 forms USA or Europe, LEXUS 400 series, EEPROM is 93C66, you could find and remove this chip from anti-thief computer, not from the ECU. 86 mode is match PREVIA series, EEPROM is 93C86, you could find this chip at location IC900 on ECU.

3. After selecting the type of car, press [PROGRAM] button, the dump of key will be written into the memory chip. When the screen display WR and flicking, it means the program is in process. Once it finish the program and success, the screen will display OK and with D sound. If the screen display ER, it means failure, the possible reason may be place the chip in wrong position, or the chip didnt fix well, or select the wrong mode etc. Please check seriously.

4. Mount the programmed chip on the ECU again, now the key matching process is finished. The key can start up the car now!

Part 5

Key matching:

1. Toyota key matching device can match three keys at a time, just need to repeat the Part 4 action. 2. This device needs 12V DC power supply. Please make sure the power is off when you do not use it.

Notice:
This function will clear all the original code in the key. The key of your car, the new matched key and ECU or anti-thief control unit all need to be executed the matching program. If the user lost one of the original key, we suggest the user do the key matching program for security. After the user finish the key matching, the lost original key will become useless, it can not start up the car any more.
