1. My full name is Glenice Shorter Randolph. My current address is 9701 Harvest Lane. Anaheim, California 90630.

My work address is 9400 E. Rosecrans Ave. Bellflower, CA 90706. My social security number is objected because the Petitioner Resides in a California State Prison and has no way of securing my personal information and I fear Identity Theft or some other unpleasant consequences. Other names I have used is Glenice Shorter. 2. Agreements. There were verbal agreements between my spouse and my self during our marriage. These agreements were all verbal in nature. In 1993 after being released from prison, the Petitioner said that he did not want any of my property because he was not able to be proactive in financially assisting me with any of my endeavors. The Petitioner and I both agree that if he were to become financially stable then we would make some considerations such as selling my Condo and purchasing a property that would belong to the both of us. In 1995 the Petitioner stated that because he had cost me so much money such as assisting him is financial endeavors, such as his drug loses, car pay off and credit card expenditures that he would agree to an uncontested divorce. In approximately 2003 The Petitioner stated that since I had always been there for his parents, and I assisted with the financial cost of his Criminal Lawyer regardless of the fact that he used my sons car to commit a crime, that he could not ever contest anything in our divorce case. The Petitioner stated that he wanted only to be divorced and he would make his own home and future. He agreed on multiple occa sions to file the divorce from Prison because it would be uncontested therefore be a lot cheaper. There are no legal written agreement documents of this information. 3. No. 4. The persons sharing residence with me is Lee Walker,age 31 and he is my son. Dallas Walker age 26 and he is my son. Travis Miller age 20 and he is my son. Keosha Shorter age 18 and she is my daughter, Myla Jordan age 7 and she is my grand daughter, Charneice Walker age 5 and she is my grandgrand daughter.

5. I support all of my children listed in #4. All of my children live with me except for Travis Miller age 20 who resides in a California State Prison in Orange County California. All of my other reside with me at 9701 Harvest Lane. Anaheim, California 90630. 6. None. 7. My Current income received during the past 12 months is approximately 108,000. The source is that I am employed as an Registered Nurse and the basis for its computation is copies of true pay stubs during past 12 months. I have attached my last 3 pay stubs for the month of April-May 2012. 8. No 9. I have attached copies for tax returns and schedules for the for the past three years: 2009,2010 and 2011. 10.The completed Schedule of Assets and Debts (FL-142) is attached hereto as Exhibit 11.Separate property contentions facts are: My sister Annette Shorter and myself purchased the 9043 Grand Circle, Cypress, CA. 92804 property as single females and was in Escrow when the Petitioner was released from prison in 1993. The property was Deeded to my sister Annette Shorter and myself in January 1994. My sister Annette Shorter and Shirley Shorter paid the cost for the financing of this property. The Petitioner resided in the residence from January 24,2004 until May 2004 when we separated and he moved into his own apartment in Los Angeles, California. The Petitoner and I have never lived together as husband and wife since May 2004 due to our agreed separation and then his re-incarceration. I purchased my residence at 9701 Harvest Lane, Anaheim, CA 90630 was in July of 2000 while the Petitioner and I were mutually separated and he was incarcerated at the time of the purchase and has no mention of him on loans or deeds. The Petitioner has never made any type of financial or any other type of payment for any of the Separate Properties mentioned above. 12.No 13.No 14.Yes, I do have interest in retirement plans related to my current employer. There circumstances as Union negotiations that may change my retirement

benefits that are underway now. 401 K is list with my copies of check stubs. 15. No. I do no claim any legal right to be reimbursed for any expenditures of my separate property. 16. Yes, I have a judgement related to my son Travis Miller that I am to make payment for restitution and Juvenile residency to the Orange County Probation Department Payor #L000294997.
