INEOS ABS (USA) Corporation, wholly owned subsidiary of INEOS, third largest chemical company in the world. INEOS is a global manufacturer of petrochemicals, speciality chemicals and oil products. It comprises 15 businesses each with a major chemical company heritage. Its production network spans 51 manufacturing facilities in 11 countries throughout the world. INEOS is a young company. SITE DIRECTOR, ERIC CASSISA, INEOS ABS (USA) Corporation Welcome to our site situated on the Ohio River, 15 miles west of downtown Cincinnati. The site has a long manufacturing history since 1890 when Mr. Matthew Addy founded a pipe manufacturing business. Through the 20th century, the site evolved into a chemical manufacturing facility. Today, 255 people work on site and manufacture plastic products used in day to day life such as house hold appliances, automobiles, garden, and medical applications. 123 years after its creation, we are looking at developing the site and attracting your company to join the Addyston Industrial park. The professionalism and dedication of its people, together with the support from the community makes Addyston a unique site where it is good to do business. I am looking forward to our partnership.
ADDYSTON MAYOR, DAN PILLOW The history of the Addyston Village is intrinsically linked to the industrial park as the founder of the site Mr. Matthew Addy was also the founder of the Village of Addyston. I am proud to convey that the Village has always maintained close relationships with the owners of the site. ADDYSTON INDUSTRIAL PARK
THE FACILITIES The industrial park consists of 130 acres. It is situated 15 miles west of downtown Cincinnati and has access to major interstates: being located 5 miles southeast of the I-275 interchange at Kilby Road. Using I-275, this location provides access to Interstates 71, 75 and 74. On a National basis, this corridor is considered a great distribution location that is a one day truck drive from 70% of U.S. households. It is comprised of: Manufacturing units operated by INEOS and ASHLAND Units to produce steam, compressed air, nitrogen and water for industrial use Utilities such as electricity, natural gas River access and barge unloading facilities (bulk liquid unloading system with 2 unloading arms). There is also adequate river frontage to support an additional barge unloading facility and possibility to add an extra unloading arm. Railcar facilities: about 1000 railcars are moved from the site each year. We have established partnerships with major national railcar movers. Logistics facilities: we have had long term working relationships with several truck companies. About 4500 trucks are moved to and from the site each year. Maintenance: a skilled workforce of mechanics and electricians is working on site to ensure all assets are maintained to the highest world standards Process Water Treatment: the site is equipped with best in class water treatment facilities able to remove chemicals before the water is safely released to the Ohio river Storage/Warehousing facilities are available on site and could be extended Competent and regularly trained Emergency Services handling first aid to site employees but also emergency response in case of fire or releases to the environment Laboratory able to analyze products Purchasing department Technical Support
AVAILABLE AREA Attachment 1 is a map of the site. Areas available for your company are highlighted. About 25 acres of property remain available on the industrial park. Several buildings are also available.
