Step 1: Prepare the ingredients -1 and a half cup of hot water -Tomato puree - Salt - Sugar - Olive oil - Mozzarella cheese - Dried yeast - Flour - Mushroom - Sausages

Pour the hot water into a bowl, add in a packet of dried yeast and a spoon of sugar. Stir the mixture with a spoon. Foams appear.

Step 2: Make pizza dough.

Scoop 2 cups of flour and pour in half cup of olive oil into the mixer. Then blend the yeast mixture together.

-Pour hot water in a bowl. - Add in a packet of dried yeast. - Add in sugar - Stir lightly - Leave it for 5- 10 minutes - Wait till foams appear - Add in two cups of flour - Add in some olive oil -Then pour in the yeast mixture together. - Blend them together.

Spread flour on the surface of the table. Gather the dough into a pile and begin pressing it together. Flatten the dough and form the edge of the pizza. Then put it in a plate.
