Only CAP-authorized vehicles retired at a CAP contracted auto dismantler are eligible for the Consumer Assistance Program. Your vehicle must pass the equipment and operational inspection requirements at an auto dismantler location, as listed on the CAP application.

NOTE: We encourage you to contact the dismantler prior to arriving at the site to ensure they are able to accept CAP vehicles. To ensure that your vehicle is processed, you must arrive at the dismantler site no later than 30 minutes prior to the close of business. Central California
