Sri K.Ravi Kumar / ADE/Shift/AHP/ VI Stage immediately informed over phone to Fire Station and requested to send the Fire Tender immediately for fire quenching operations. Sri K.Ravi Kumar/ ADE/Shift/AHP/ VI Stage and their staff are attended the spot along with Fire hoses and Nozzles from Ash handling plant -XI Unit connected to Hydrant point and started fire quenching operations Sri K.Ravi Kumar/ ADE/Shift/AHP/ VI Stage, immediately telephoned to DE/Shift/UCB, CE/O&M / KTPS/V&VI-Stage & SE / E&M-I, Factory Manager, Safety officer, Security Officer, DE/General and requested to arrange assistance and to witness the fire The Fire Tender Staff along with Fire Tender attended to the spot. The Fire Staff connected the Fire Hoses to Hydrant point and started Fire quenching operations. . The ADE/Safety, and other staff attended to the spot for assisting and witnessing the fire quenching operations. The Fire Staff and other existing staff completely quenched off the fire at Ash handling plant -XI Unit area. The Fire staff Trained the following Staff gathered at near Ash handling plant -XI Unit area in Fire quenching operations.

Sri Ch.Ramesh ,Sub Engineer /Shift/ESP immediately intimated to Sri B.Adinarayana / ADE/Shift/Boiler/ VI Stage by shouting FIRE-FIRE- FIRE Sri B.Adinarayana / ADE/Boiler/AHP/ VI Stage immediately informed over phone to Fire Station and requested to send the Fire Tender immediately for fire quenching operations. 10:55 Hrs. : Sri B.Adinarayana / ADE/Shift/Boiler/ VI Stage and their staff are attended the spot along with Fire hoses and Nozzles from ESP -XI Unit connected to Hydrant point and started fire quenching operations 10:56 Hrs : Sri B.Adinarayana / ADE/Shift/Boiler/ VI Stage, immediately telephoned to DE/Shift/UCB, CE/O&M / KTPS/V&VI-Stage & SE / E&M-I, Factory Manager, Safety officer, Security Officer, DE/General and requested to arrange assistance and to witness the fire 10:57 Hrs.: The Fire Tender Staff along with Fire Tender attended to the spot. 10:58 Hrs. : The Fire Staff connected the Fire Hoses to Hydrant point and started Fire quenching operations. . 10:39 Hrs. : The ADE/Safety, and other staff attended to the spot for assisting and witnessing the fire quenching operations. 11:01 Hrs. : The Fire Staff and other existing staff completely quenched off the fire at Between PA&FD Fans and ESP hoppers -XI Unit area. 11:12 Hrs. : The Fire staff Trained the following Staff gathered at near Between PA&FD Fans and ESP hoppers -XI Unit area in Fire quenching operations.
