I would use the mobile phone of a particular brand or model which most used by others. 4.0 Presentation and Discussion of Findings 4.1 Overview This chapter will show the data analysis and key findings from data collected through primary and secondary sources. However, the data mainly collected from questionnaire survey. After a month of collecting data bell between 3 rd of July 2013 to 2nd of August 2013, there are in total 172 of respondents received. Each question in questionnaire will be analysed and related to the literature review. The presentation of the findings is through the use of graph and charts as it helps the readers to understand.
