All the fields which are required in the transformation file are listed below along with the file format. The transformation file fields along with fields not required in the transformed file whose values are hard-coded in the EMIGALL are maintained in the Mapping Sheet attached below. The source of data for this object will be DOEACC/PSPCL and GIS data. Key Points 1. All the mandatory fields mentioned below should not have any blank value in the transformed file. Based on the consumers data we have got from the GIS and based on the business process requirement below fields have been identified to be migrated for Business Partner creation in SAP. For second line it will be Blank. 14) TEL_REMARK We dont have any data from GIS for this field. Keep it BLANK. 15) TEL_CONSNR If there are two phone numbers, in that case in first line of BUT020 pass 001 in this field, in second line pass 002. 16) TEL_RECEIV For Mobile number pass X in this field. If there are two mobile numbers then pass X only in first line of structure BUT020. NOTE: Name and address fields from legacy need to be cleansed before they are mapped to respective SAP fields.
