Verkhnechonskoye field, is one of the largest oil field in Eastern Siberia, which is being developed by Verkhnechonskneftegaz Company (VCNG) owned by TNK-BP. One of the main challenges of this field is the hard rocks and sour gas environment. He worked closer with VCNG management in Irkutsk for drilling optimization.
