Tf81 SC Transtec

AISIN TF81-SC (Ford AF21) utilizes two different solenoid body castings based on application. Each casting has its own unique main separator plate to solenoid gasket. Gasket must be matched to the casting and gasket must match to the valve body casting. Casting #9172 use B36398 gasket casting #9174 use B36522 gasket

FORD AF21/AISIN TF81-SC VALVE BODY GASKET IDENTIFICATION

The Aisin TF81-SC (Ford AF21) utilizes two different solenoid body castings based on application. Each of the solenoid body castings has its own unique main separator plate to solenoid body gasket. This gasket must be matched to the solenoid body casting. See visuals below for casting and gasket identification.
