Sounds for ed (t, d, ed)


Objective: To practice the 3 sounds ed makes at the end of words.

Choose a set of cards (short, long or mixed vowel sound) and the Game Playing Mat Students say the word on the card and place the card in the correct column that matches the sound for ed on the Game Playing Mat. Once all cards are laid on the Game Playing Mat, students write the answers on a recording sheet to turn in or they can self-check with the answer key.
