R. money is ta in# more time to open a demat a3c in comparison of Indiabulls. R. money is providin# more facilities than Indiabulls. The study shows that C7S (appro() customers of R. money and 7=S (appro() customers of Indiabulls have faced problem in their demat a3c. The study also shows that most of the people are facin# the problem of online speed while usin# R. money demat a3c. The study also shows that most of the respondents are hi#hly satisfied with the bro era#e char#e by the reliance money. &ustomers are very dissatisfied by the online speed of the co. It is also find out that most of the respondents want to shift in I&I&I direct.
