Step 2: Before we start creating the extract click on the icon Execute Query. This will give you the output what you will get when the extract will be generated. While executing you will get output screen like below. Same can also be achieved by using the menu bar Query--> Query Result.
Step 3: Now click on the icon Extract , you will get the below screen for defining the extract properties.
Step 4: In the above screen , we need to enter following details A) Technical Name of Extract: We can enter any technical name of our choice. B) We need to define the type of extract based on our requirement. By default Table Type is selected but if we need the extract outout in CSV file ,we will have to select File (CSV). If we select the File (CSV) , as soon as we select this extract type , File Parameters section becomes editable. Please note that earlier this section was non editable. Here we need to enter below three fields. 1: Name of the Extract Output file in File Name 2: Path where this output needs to be generated in Path Name. 3: Specify the File separator.
Step 5: In the start condition enter the required start condition when this Query extract is suppose to get generated. Depending on your requirement you can define the required start condition from the below screen.
Step 6: Once the start condition is defined you will see the tick mark against Start Condition--> Selection Options. This means all work is done now and Query extract can be generated. Click on the Generate Extract (F8).
Option 2: Using T-Code RSCRMMON and then take the required filter to monitor your extract generation.
Option 3: Using Function Module : RSCRMBW_MON_STATUS_DISPLAY and then take the required filter to monitor your extract generation.
