Communicating Its What We Do

Reflecting on our accomplishments and planning for our future

As winter rolls in, its hard to believe were wrapping up another year at InfoCision, our 32nd, and my first full year as CEO. This is the time of year people typically reflect on the past year, and look to the year ahead. For me, this past year has been a time of continual reflection and planning for our future. Undoubtedly, my travels to each of our locations and interactions with all of our amazing Communicators have been the highlight of this year. With each visit, Im reminded of something my father told me years ago. He explained to me the depth and breadth of the InfoCision team and the lives we touch. InfoCision is not limited just to our 4,000 employees, but goes far beyond. If each employee has a family of four, each day roughly 16,000 people are immediately touched by InfoCision. Every time we secure a sale or close a donation, thousands more are impacted, supporting the unbelievable causes that rely on our support. Thinking about it in this way, I feel a great sense of obligation to build on the truly wonderful family work environment we have strived for at InfoCision for more than 30 years.Every visit becomes a humbling reminder of what weve been able to accomplish together, and inspiration for what I want our future to look like. Just the other day an employee posted a nice note on our company Facebook page thanking InfoCision for providing her the opportunity to care for an ill family member and thanking fellow employees for their support and prayers. On behalf of InfoCision you are very welcome. As the CEO, many people would say I am the face of InfoCision, however, I disagree. The face of InfoCision isnt one singular face, but a culmination of many very talented and dedicated people. As we continue to map out the strategic direction of the company, family will remain at the heart of what we do. The holidays are an important time to review our blessings and to celebrate our accomplishments. Each day we are presented with the opportunity to do amazing things, and it is up to each one of us to take hold of the opportunity presented and surpass expectations through unbelievable results.

THE

You Complete the InfoCision Team

You may have noticed a giant puzzle piece making its way around some of the buildings lately, but what does it mean? Is it new artwork for the walls? Perhaps a new game to keep people entertained during their breaks? It is actually part of our internal communications initiative, You Complete the InfoCision Team. We each play a crucial role in the success of InfoCision, and in the success of our fellow co-workers. One of the many goals of this initiative is to illustrate the interconnectedness of each others jobshow a Communicator in Huntington, West Virgina, for example, provides work for fulfillment employees in Green, Ohio. Members of various departments will be spotlighted to show how they complete the InfoCision team, and the company as a whole. The next few months will feature face-to-face visits from our executive team; increased communication in our internal newsletter The Right Call, intranet and social media channels; exciting Ask the Execs videos, as well as a few surprises! We are looking forward to showing how we all complete the puzzle.

Highest security certification as Level 1 PCI Service Provider

Earning professional accreditations is an important way to show our clients we are fully committed to quality and security. Recently, InfoCision was once again accredited by two key industry organizations. For a third-party company like InfoCision to capture and process credit cards for clients, we are required to obtain certification. Certification is the stamp that shows InfoCision has implemented the highest level of security and technology to prevent any mishandling of consumer card information. InfoCision has once again achieved the highest level of accreditation, Level 1 Service Provider, from the Payment Card Industry-Security Council (PCISSC). To achieve this status, InfoCision underwent a stringent assessment to determine security at hundreds of points in the card payment process. This certification is a testament to the dedication we have at InfoCision to quality, compliance and the security of consumer information, Steve said. We want our clients to feel confident that any information their customers provide will be handled with the utmost care.

Recertification as a PACE-SRO accredited contact center

InfoCision has obtained recertification from the Professional Association for Customer Engagement (PACE) Self-Regulatory Organization (SRO). Receiving certification from the PACE is a prestigious accomplishment because it helps to meet a standard of quality expected by customers and ensures companies are in compliance with regulations imposed by the FTC. We firmly believe in the certification process and have supported the PACE-SRO from its inception, said InfoCision Chief of Staff Steve Brubaker. InfoCisions dedicated team of legal compliance experts makes it a top priority to ensure our clients

At DMA2013, we also debuted a new-and-improved InfoCision booth to better reflect our brand and the full range of services we offer clients. We even raffled off an iPad and AppleTV prize package to all the attendees who stopped by to chat with us at our new booth.
