Chief Duties - Senior Agricultural Specialist

Lead effort to develop and support agriculture and agricultural processing lending activities including market assessment, product development and implementation.

Market Assessment:
Met with Branch Managers and Lending Associates in each of Mostar, Sarajevo, Tuzula, and Banja Luka !onducted interviews with "# e$isting farm and agri%usiness clients including on& site inspection of their %usinesses. Met with a num%er of agricultural professionals including universit' professors and government agricultural officials at %oth the !anton and municipal levels.
