Locking washers

Aranlock

The Aranlock locking washers are ideal for use


as locking devices on shafts and tubes etc.
The locking washer has radial tabs with
reinforcements on the edges, which increases
the locking capacity and can be used on most
materials, such as steel, metals or plastic.
The Aranlock in many cases replaces nuts, pins
or other similar locking devices. Normally, no
preparation of the shaft, such as grooves, is
necessary, as the locking mechanism is very
effective on its own. The mounting is simple
and fast. The washer sits firmly and can only be
removed by breaking it. The following washers
are held in stock:

Type A Material: SS 1778


Locking washer for general use.

Locking washer with nickel-plated cup.
Ideal for use as a stop on a shaft.

As type B, but with the cup in stainless steel.

Locking washer with decreased outer
diameter and extra high locking force.
By providing the shaft with a groove, the
locking force can be increased by up to 75%.
