The design concept takes inspiration from the movie "Tron Legacy" with a futuristic black and neon color scheme utilizing LED and fluorescent lighting. CONCEPT

This project is designing a retail shop for Adidas brand , mix with a small gym area . The shop expects loacting inside one of the shopping mall in Singapore, Marina Square. The total area will be approximately 300-350 sq.m includes shoe retail store and mini gym club. At the heart of the bay, Marina Square allows access to Suntec City, City-link Mall, Millenia Walk and the famous Esplanade theatres. The mall is seamlessly connected to these places as well as Esplanade MRT Station, via basement integrated walkway - the Marina Link. With all the additional shopping and dining options it offers, youll definitely enjoy shopping all the way from Marina Square.

This shoe retail store is designed with the idea comes up with the style from Tron Legacy movie. It means the project will be designed follow the futuristic style. The colour scheme in this movie like a black and white or black and yellow or green by almost using the Neon light and LED fluorescent light tube to light up the wall, ceiling, flooring and also the furniture such as lighted reception counter, lighted display shelf, lighted ottomans for customers to seat and trying on the shoes. The lighting will be changed every 5-10 minutes automatically and it is going to make the shop become more impressive and more outstanding to attract the customers or passer-by in the shopping mall. The fitness room is not only the room used for the member or VIP customer of the store doing gym but also used for displaying the gym equipments. This room will be designed the same style relate to the whole store but a little bit difference in the color scheme. It means that the lighting will be added more to light up the room so that the customer can see the equipments clearly while doing gym and the color of the materials should be in the brighter colour.

The show room is the main area used for displaying the shoes and the accessories. For the flooring will be made by the black granite tiles and polished finish with the white rounded border. There are the diagonal line holes on the wall and is lighted by the Neon light inside the holes. The shelves are fixed in the distance between 2 lines for displaying the shoes.

The ceiling will be designed with the rectangular dropped ceiling in the middle of the show room area which is made by black reflective acrylic. The Led fluorescent light tube will be set up around the dropped ceiling to bring the ambient lighting for the store.
