In view of vibration in the line and weld crack on earlier occasion, DP test results of weld joints of line no. 3-FL-09-1822B6A1(F5A)-IS to be examined. Thickness survey of Inlet / out let bends of the fin-fan coolers to be done. Scaffolding required.

1) Concerned dept may add any other jobs, which may be felt necessary please. Any new development nearer to s/d will be intimated please. 2) Though no major electrical or instrumentation jobs are presently envisaged, same (if any) shall be intimated nearer time. 3) List of steam leaks attending of which require unit shutdown, will be circulated nearer time. 4) List of gland leakage/ passing valves attending of which require unit shutdown, will be circulated nearer time.
