A 25-year-old female presents with ocular symptoms (diploplia) and her CT chest shows an anterior mediastinal mass of 2 X 2 cm. She is otherwise healthy and has no previous medical or surgical history. a) List the differential diagnosis for an anterior mediastinal mass in this patient.
