Note : Assets pertains to the respective locations shall carry only the same assest numbers example : 2nd GM cabin at 6th west wing shall have W-C-02, all the chairs, tables, cubboard inside the particular cabin will have only the same code, i.e W-C-02 Asset codification for Rest rooms 1st & 2nd digit 1st - Floor 2nd - Wing 4th & 5th WC - Toilet UR - Urinals HW - Hand wash example : 2nd Gents Hand wash at 4th floor east wing shall have 4E-G-HW-02 Asset codification for Lighting 1st & 2nd digit Distribution board details 3rd & 4th Emergency lamps 5th & 6th Phase details 7th & 8th no of fittings 3rd digit L - Ladies G - Gents

example : Normal lamps at 3rd floor, east wing, DB2, circuit Y7, fitting no 8 shall have B2-Y7-08
