The Birds

The Birds is an Alfred Hitchcock film about birds suddenly attacking humans in Bodega Bay, California for unknown reasons. It starts with many birds in the sky and a first incident of birds attacking on a boat, then other attacks keep happening, especially at a school. Everyone is confused and frightened by the attacks as the film provides no explanations or escape. The film also depicts the overprotective relationship between Mitch's mother and him, with the mother not getting along with his romantic interests until she begins to warm to Melanie during the attacks.
