4hrs Gate- Pass (Rest) Rules Though it is not obligatory for the management but as a special, case management

may give half day leave (Rest) once in a month to all the workers in place of 4hrs gate pass present system as per following rules. 1. 4hrs cannot be split into 2 hrs or more. 2. A worker can take leave of half day either in first half or in the second half. 3. A worker has to inform in advance to HOD/HR about his urgency for availing half day leave (Rest). HOD/HR may refuse Half Day Leave (Rest) if there is urgent work in factory. 4. Present system of 4hrs gate pass should be stopped with immediate effect. 5. No workman can leave the factory premises during working hrs once he joins his duty accept as stated in Point 2 and 3. 6. Once a person has been given half day (Rest) he will not be allowed to enter the factory again. 7. On highly emergency medical ground, Factory Manager on recommendation of HOD can sanction leave.
