Terms and conditions:1. The amortization volume is base on a total volume of 21,120 units for 2 years. Should there
be a shortfall on the amortization volume; Toyota shall compensate Autovisor for the
shortfall.
2. The price in the quotation is based on current raw material costs and if the costs fluctuate
more than 5%, the above quoted price shall be adjusted accordingly.
3. Toyota shall provide the complete surface CAD data (Class A) and other related parts for
testing free of charge.
4. Price quoted is based on Quotation Drawing for part number 4310-010BM-2 and 4320010BM-2. Price shall be revised if Production Drawing is different from Quotation Drawing.
5. Cover visor quoted is based on previous model (381A) material (PVC). Silicon specified in
the drawing has been quoted by current model grease due to limited resources. Weight of the
silicon is estimated at 2g per sunvisor.
6. All items for the procured parts are quoted as specified in the Quotation Drawing Component
Parts List.
7. The price quoted excludes Sales Tax.
8. Delivery is to ASSB, Section 15, Shah Alam.

9. Payment terms are 60 days from delivery date.


10. This quotation is valid for 30 days from the above date.
