(c) Distinguish between Idemnity and Guarantee. (d) What are the duties of a bailor? (e) When can the unpaid seller sell the goods? 3. Contract is an agreement enforceable by Law. Discuss this statement and bring out clearly the main characteristics of valid contract. 4. Agreement without consideration is void. Are there any exceptions to it? Comment. 5. What are the various remedies available to a party in case of breach of contract ? Explain. 6. What is an Agency? Explain the rights and duties of an agent towards his principal. 7. Explain the Doctrine of Caveat Emptor and state its exceptions.
