! Work Experience:

2012-2014 - Project Manager, Customer Relationships Management: A-Verdi Storage Containers Customized Customer Relationship Management software throughout the summer, enhancing the companys ability to interact with their customers and prospects. The system is now the primary database for the company, encompassing features beyond the scope of the base software. Designed dynamic reports using Customer Relationships Management Software to target specific markets across the State of New York. Implemented weeklong on-the-job training program with Account Managers and Sales Team to fully utilize the new software. Also Created a training manual for the program, bringing the employees step by step through each process.

! Volunteer Experience:

2013-Present - Mentor, ASHOKA Youth Venture Program Mentor local High School students on socially conscious entrepreneurship and business development/practices. Work with them each week to encourage them to become change makers and identify problems and possible solutions within a community. 2013-Present - Big Brother, Tompkins County Youth Bureau Spend two hours with a little brother I have been matched up with in the local Ithaca area each week, plan activities for us to do that allow me to mentor him, and help him have fun while learning valuable skills. 2013-Present - Board Member, Ithaca College Student United Way Raise money to create and administer grants for organizations in Tompkins County. Have administered grants to five local organizations in the past year.

! Campus Involvement:

2014-Present - Board Member, Ithaca College Facilities Master Planning Committee Nominated to serve on board consisting of trustees, high level administration, faculty, and staff. Working to develop 15-year strategic plan for colleges buildings and facilities. 2012-Present - Vice President of Communications, Ithaca College Student Government Elected by peers to serve on the SGA Executive Board. Design all media and outreach strategies for the organization. Plan and administer events including fall and spring elections. 2013-Present - Board Member, Ithaca College Bureau of Concerts Selected to serve on the board that brings concerts to Ithaca College. Work with board to plan and put on four or more large events throughout the year. Researched, created, and presented proposal for larger, campus-wide concert. 2012-Present - Curriculum Development and Instruction Developed curriculum for Ithaca College course, The Dark Knight, Power and Justice Through Film. Teaching course to 25 students per semester.

! Other Experience:

March and August, 2013 - Documentary Assistant Producer & Freelancer for NBC Nightly News Assistant Producer for documentary Meet Me at Equality, The Peoples March on Washington aired on PBS in late August 2013. Interviewed people who were at the March on Washington 50 years ago for documentary. Served on panel discussing trip and reactions from the experiences. Member of freelance crew covering the 50th anniversary of the March on Washington for August 24th 2013 National NBC Nightly Newscast. Our footage and interviews were used and broadcast nationwide. 2012-Present - Entrepreneurship Took first place at Cornell University Regional New York State Business Plan Competition in the software division for business plan, DIVA Technologies. Competed in New York State Business Plan Competition finals in Albany, May 2013.
