With reference to the matter above, the Leo Club of SMK Damansara Jaya would like to extend our warmest invitation to you along with the members of your club to attend our From Gift to Gifts Charity Concert. 2. The details of the event as belows: i. Date : 23rd February 2014 (Sunday) ii. Venue : MBPJ Dewan Sivik Auditorium iii. Show Starts : 8.00 pm (Doors open at 7.30 pm) iv. Ticket Donation : RM20.00, RM50.00, RM100.00, RM 200.00 v. Sponsorship : RM 1000.00 and above

3. The From Gift to Gifts Charity Concert is cordially organized by the members of the Leo Club of SMK Damansara Jaya with the objective of purchasing a dialysis machine for the National Kidney Foundation (NKF) and also to assist the club to provide services to our school and the community. It is a community service project which we place great efforts in making it a success. This project serves as a platform for Leos to showcase their talents while effectively raising funds to benefit the needy. 4. We hope that your Gift may transform and translate into Gifts for many less fortunate ones out there. Your Gift which may be big or small but incontestably of noble intentions, will bring joy to many families who are in need; turning their despair into hope. 5. Dear Sir/ Madam, FROM GIFT TO GIFTS CHARITY CONCERT DONATION AND SPONSORSHIP On behalf of the tutelage of the Lions Club of Petaling Jaya, I am writing to seek your generosity in donating in support of our inaugural From Gift to Gifts Charity Concert. This concert is cordially organized by the members of the Leo Club of SMK Damansara Jaya with the objective of purchasing a dialysis machine for the National Kidney Foundation (NKF) and also to assist the club to provide services to our school, community and other charity organizations.
