"My family went ape-sh#% crazy over this corn dish. I served it for Thanksgiving. I had to use frozen corn but I can't wait to try it with fresh corn. Excellent sweet, creamy flavor. Thank you for this recipe." By Gracie in NM on December 06, 2002 | 33606
"I made this recipe for Thanksgiving for a samll group and they loved it. I used half & half ans splenda in place of sugar and heavy cream and it was delicious. It is Xmas eve and I am gonna make it again this time with all the sugar and fat for a crew that likes rich tasting food and you only live once!!! My Nana used to make hers more on the savory side...so I hope they like it. So far thumbs up. Oh and I agree with one of the other reviews.... use a shallow pan... everyone want a little of the brown sweet crust." By EpiZin on December 24, 2009 | 1015400
"My husband picked this recipe out. Very delicious and had a rich, creamy texture. I only use 1 T. of sugar because I thought 1/4 c. might be too much for our tastes. We were very happy with the way this corn pudding turned out. The only problem is we didn't have any fresh corn. We will definitely be trying this again in the summertime. Thanks Nurse Di." "Not sure what I did wrong, but it needed to be baked longer than indicated - about 15 minutes more. However, once it was done, the whole family enjoyed it. Delicious and not too sweet. Thanks." By Cookworm on October 06, 2010 | 1152278
"Great recipe. We had some corn pudding at a restaurant in Boston, MA and we were trying to replicate it. This was pretty close. Will make again." By HeathandHail on April 28, 2010 | 1091980
"Wow, so easy and quick. I followed this receipe exactly as a last minute Easter dish. It was delicious and really saved me." By Chef #711473 on April 12, 2010 | 1083677
"I made some revisions but this is a real keeper! Everyone loved this on Thanksgiving and for days afterward! I'm making it tonight for Christmas and probably a lot throughout the year. I used 2 cans regular corn and 3 cans creamed corn; also 1/2 c sugar. I used my large cake pan (glass) and my small one. This is a recipe you can really count on!" By NatalieC on December 21, 2009 | 1013038 "A big hit at Thanksgiving. Easy to prepare the day before and then reheat in the oven or microwave. I think we could get away with using a little less butter. But then..it is the holidays after all!" By DriveThruDodger on December 17, 2009 | 1009772
"Since I am the only corn lover in my family, I rarely get to make anything with corn, but I thought I'd make this for our Thanksgiving dinner, since we were having lots of guests. What a hit! This is definitely a keeper for when we have guests. Thanks!" By MarlaM on December 06, 2009 | 1002187
"This recipe was a big hit at our Thanksgiving get together. There were 15 people present. I do not cook much. Well hardly ever. I wanted to make something simple but good. Everybody loved the corn pudding. It was the only side dish that got almost completely gone. Thank you!!!!" By Chef #1469158 on December 02, 2009 | 1000415

"Oh Man! When people were leaving and making plates to take home, I removed this pudding ( or what was left).....THIS WAS MINE! I made it exactly as written. This will become a family favorite for many a year to come! UPDATE: The day after Thanksgiving......I still stand behind the five stars I gave, but....this does not stqnd up to rewarming the next day. So my suggestion is make just enough for the meal." "My family loved it! Great addition to Thanksgiving dinner! Thank you!" By Chef #1463973 on November 26, 2009 | 996916
"This is fantastic! Make sure you use an oblong pan or a shallow dish or the pudding will not set! I made the mistake the first time of putting it into a deep dish and the top and edges were burning while the middle was still pure liquid!" By Chef #1458822 on November 24, 2009 | 995522
"This recipe sounds awful, but I made it last year and it got rave reviews. It has now been requested again for this year. This recipe serves way more than 8 for a nice potluck dish."
By Kevin Sparks on September 29, 2009 | 958483 "I've tried others but this is by far the best of the lot. Super easy, super delicious. Made as a side to recipe#205307. Made for the Easter Egg Hunt 2009." By Julie B's Hive on April 15, 2009 | 849817
"My family had never even heard of corn pudding before, but I thought I'd try something new. They liked it, but thought it was a bit too eggy for their taste. I sliced it up and fried it the next morning for breakfast, they loved that! A little fresh salsa on top and they were happy campers that morning." By Mom2MMCJ on February 07, 2009 | 805261
