The following terms under this contract have been discussed, negotiated and agreed with the valued customer. Scope of Services: Omega undertakes to perform the regular maintenance of the equipment which includes regular servicing, inspection, preventive maintenance and repairs of the installation specified above and as described in this maintenance contract.

The regular maintenance shall be carried out in accordance with the description of Services included in the 'A' Type contract (Fully Comprehensive) (Annexure 1 for 'A' Type contract ) as well as the enclosed Terms and Conditions (Annexure 2), which documents together form part of and constitute this "Contract".
