Activating business content for standard infocubes, ods, infosources and infoobjects for SD module Sales Order and

Delivery; Infocubes for Sales order and Delivery Extraction of data from R/3 to BW using LO cockpit extractor

Extracted the transaction data FI-CO from R/3 to BW by maintaining the extract structures,
maintaining data sources, replicating the data Sources into BW. Created ODS update rules and Info Package to load data, installed Business Content worked on BW Scheduler to load data into Info Cube, and ODS and Monitor the Status of the data loads Created Aggregates to improve system query performance Created Multi-Provider from Delivery and Billing info cubes

Data Extraction from SAP MM of SAP R/3

The project included the development of SAP Business Objects universes and reports to allow the management team to provide board reports to the end client Textron Financial Corporation. Project included the gathering of user requirements for reporting. The following documents were provided: Reporting Standards, User Report requirements and Actual Reporting Solutions. Responsibilities: Migrated SAP Business Objects XI 3.1 content (users/user groups, Universes, reports) in to SAP Business Objects XI 4.0 environment using the Import Wizard. Also provided all groundwork including installation and upgrade. Worked with end-users to gather and document requirements for a SAP Business Objects reporting solution Involved in designing Functional Specification documents. Interacted with Business Users and Business Analysts to gather and document the requirements and translate these to Technical specifications for designing Universes. Delivered Proof of concept to demonstrate Data Cleansing, Matching and De-Duping. Configured Metadata Manager to read and analyze large volume of BOE metadata. Used SAP Business Objects Data Integrator for ETL extraction, transformation and loading data from heterogeneous source system.

Company is an insurance company which sells automobiles and personal insurance services. This project was developed as an internal project for Field Automation. The field automation department is responsible for system development and support for Property Insurance. Most of the work was to create summary reports about Management review details and region wide Sales reports using SAP Business Objects. Provided various management levels with reports, time series graphs and pie charts using SAP Business Objects. Responsibilities: Analyzed the existing database and designed the Universes using SAP Business Objects Designer Module. Developed the stored procedures to increase the system performance. Problem resolution and status updating to the Onsite co-coordinator. Involved in Installing the SAP Business Objects, Web intelligence and Broadcast Agent Server. Involved in creating the Repository, creating Users, User Groups and assigned privileges to the users using Supervisor.

xxx is an American clothing company. The project dealt with the Sales & Marketing Data collected from different stores across America. The data was then consolidated into the data mart which was used for the report generation. The System was primarily designed to provide reports for Performance Analysts who could use the Daily Operational Reports to investigate discrepancies, thereby creating a streamlined and efficient process. Responsibilities: Involved in POC for Xcelsius by using static data provided by the client. Created visualizations for Finance department to display important KPI s and metrics in one single view. Used live office and QaaWS to give visualizations live data connectivity. Understanding business requirements in terms of technical specifications for reporting and data analysis. Extensively used Business Object Universe, BO XI R2 Reports and Oracle database. Extensive analysis to design the Universes and assigned those to respective domains. Created complex views to overcome loops and contexts. Created crystal reports with Standard Cross Tabs and Grouping.

This project is developed for Brand Mart, which is one of the organizations that sell various numbers of products this project was mainly developed for Retail Sales Analysis. The client required sales analysis country wise, zone wise, branch wise, product wise, customer wise, bill wise etc. The client gathers the transactional data from different channels like Super Markets, Furniture Showrooms, and Kids wear mart, Garment Stores etc.
