This document explains how to merge the contents of one mailbox into another mailbox in Exchange Server 2007 using the Exchange Management Shell. To merge mailboxes, run the Move-Mailbox command with the -AllowMerge parameter, which will move email messages sent or received during the transition that were not moved in the initial move. You cannot delete the source mailbox after merging until manually doing so after running Move-Mailbox.
