Comments: Misc. thoughts-! ! - great lesson, great idea....still needs an objective- maybe something like, "Given a variety of scenarios, students will indicate with a thumbs up or thumbs down if statement demonstrates the quality of being a friend"! ! ! -this is a great lesson for this age group- a life skill that they will need forever! ! - I like the management strategies you are using to refocus the students. Gentle reminders about the expected/ acceptable behavior.."We'll wait until we're all listening"..! ! -Nice job creating scenarios that used every student's name.! ! -I like the eyes closed when deciding thumbs up or thumbs down....created a think-for-yourself environment
