Compromise Agreement

This agreement settles a case involving reckless imprudence that resulted in physical injuries and property damage. Belton Camates y Sabungan agrees to pay Irene Sungot y Ambros and Alice Miguel y Basilio thirty thousand pesos for damages and injuries incurred by Jerson Bugnay y Danao. The money will be used for the victim's medical costs. Both parties agree to waive any claims against each other related to this case and will not pursue criminal or civil charges.

COMPROMISE AGREEMENT

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS; This agreement is entered into by and between IRENE SUNGOT Y AMBROS, ALICE MIGUEL y BASILIO both of legal ages and residents of Brgy Bitnong , Dupax del Norte Nueva Vizcaya and BELTON CAMATES y SABUNGAN of legal age and a resident of Brgy Binuangan, Dupax del Norte, Nueva Vizcaya; Witnessth : Whereas both parties finally agreed to settle amicably the case of Reckless Imprudence resulting to Physical injuries and damage s of property under the following terms and conditions: That BELTON CAMATES y SABUNGAN shall pay the amount of (P30, 000.00) thirty thousand pesos as damages/injuries incurred by the victim JERSON BUGNAY Y DANAO, That aforesaid amount of money will be handed to the above named representatives of the victim, That the agreed amount of money will be utilized for the medication of the victim and After full payment of the amount, each of the parties hereby waive and quitclaim any and all claims they have, had or may have against each other arising out or in connection with this present action. IN VIEW OF THE FOREGOING, the parties hereby waive intention to file neither criminal nor civil case against each other as benefit of this instrument.

ACKNOWLEDGEMENT
