3. Difference between Deaf artist and DeVIA artists and who can create it.
4. DeVIA is categorized as Visual Fine Arts

Famous for her DeVIA art Passed away recently in December of 2012 The first Deaf American artist to DeVIA Resistance Art.
Millers Inspiration
Grew up hard of hearing to Deaf parents Was placed in oral schools throughout her elementary education mainstreamed w/ interpreter later on but parents still required her to take speech tutoring sessions.
