Pastors Notes:

Sunday morning, the title of my

message was Becoming what
youve never been before. I
have not been able to stop thinking about that.
Far too many people are content to be labeled, lame & limited. The Lord, however, has the
power to make us a leaping man or woman. You see, the lame man had been lame from inside
his mothers womb. He had never walked, leaped or been able to enter the temple. But he
became something he had never been. He was now a walker, a leaper, a worshipper in the
temple. He dropped the label of being a cripple because he was now healed. I am believing
that God is wanting us to shake lose the labels, the lameness and the limits and become
something weve never been and go places weve never gone. I am believing that we are on the
brink of something exponential!!!!! Something incredible!!!!! Something supernatural!!!!! But
we ALL must be involved in it to make it happen. We must become the ones that go and tell the
good news of Christ. We must be the ones to invite people, to witness to people, to live in front
of people. Together, we can see God do everything He has promised us!!

This coming Sunday is Mothers Day. We understand that for some people, Mothers Day is
sad. Their Mom is not with them or maybe a child is not with them. We try and not make
Mothers Day a sad occasion. We give gifts to recognize all Moms, draw names for a few gifts
(must be in Sunday School to register) and then just worship the Lord. I hope that all of our
members and friends will be in church Sunday as we worship the living Lord together.

As has been our custom over the last number of years, to give everyone an opportunity to spend
time with their families on this special Mothers day, there will be no PM service this coming
Sunday night. Please take time to build memories and strengthen relationships during this time.
WE LOVE YOU AND YOUR FAMILY!!!

Wednesday night Bible Study: COVENANT. We are talking about the importance of covenant
and what covenant is, as well as looking at the differing covenants that the Lord made and is
recorded in the Bible. Last week we looked at the Edenic Covenant. This week we will look at
the Adamic covenant. If you do not attend Wednesday night services, you will enjoy the study
of the Word and growing in its knowledge. Hope to see you Wednesday night at 7:00 PM.

FAMILY PICNIC May 17
th
, 12:30 until 3:00 on the new church property Bring your own
picnic lunch, blanket, tent, chairs..whatever will make your picnic experience enjoyable.
There will be some scheduled games for children, youth, adults and a few games we can do
together. Bring your Frisbees, football and just enjoy a few hours together with your family. IT
WILL BE WONDERFUL!!!!!!!!!
