Thanks so very much; you are the BEST source for your information we know, so you are a vital partner. If you have additional information that you think will be helpful to the staff of MSA in preparing news stories about your ministry, please feel free to send it. MSA is depending upon you. Thanks. November 1, 1988 Dear Bill: Here it is, the "NEWS STORY" you've been patiently waiting for. Please forgive the delay in getting this to you. I have had some difficulty in getting all the information to gether for you. Basically, because I was under the care of two doctors because of illness and from a waterskiing acci dent. However, I Praise the Lord for HIS complete healing. From the accident I learned I had a herniated disk in my lower back. At present there are no signs of ciny herniation of problem to the disk. PRAISE OUR BLESSED LORD!!! An other reason for the delay was because my former forward ing agent, Jeri Roesch, moved to California, and I did not receive your letter till just before she left in July. I now have new forwarding agents and am eKcited about working with them. I feel they will do a good job in representing me and the Mission. I just recently returned from a 14 month furlough in the states that started on July 4, 1987, and I returned on September 22, 1988. During that time, I continued as C. V. Kim's secretary, and went back to school full-time. I at tended Ivy Tech College (Indiana Vocational Technical) in Sellersburg, Indiana- On May 13 of this year, I graduated with an Associates Degree in Word Processing- Currentiy, I am continuing as C.Y.'s personal secretary, do ing most the correspondence to our supporters in the states and elsewhere. I also write all the monthly prayerletters and quarterly newsletters. I am not teaching at this time like I was before my furlough. However, I may be working with the graduate students starting next semester (March '89) in helping them prepare for studying aboard. I also work with two orphanages that we work with, and hope fully get to travel with the medical team when I have time. The team travels to the orphanages and to area villages where there is no medical treatment available nearby, I am praying that sometime in the near future, and Lord Willing, I can be able to work in some capacity of music. I enjoy music very much, and would like to use it in my ministry in some way. I hope I have given you some help on what has happened and what is going to happen. I plan to be in Korea with Christ's Korean Mission for the next three years. I anticipate a lot of good things to happen during my remaining time in Korea. May God richly bless you, Brother Bill, as you continue to serve Him. We greatly appreciate the work you are doing- Again, forgive the delay in getting this to you.
