LETS TALK
INTRODUCTION
Today we are looking at problems which occure in our society. Based on
a research that has been done by Ministry of Health in 2011, 478 people
have done suicied and 2647 were hospitalized. Due to the drugs and
alcohol problems there is a significant increase in crime. Unfortunately
sexually abused relationships became a common problem between young
adults.
We provide a solution by introducing Lets Talk application which allows
people to communicate with doctors and well trained nurces. Application
is available for general public and can be used online or downloaded on
any electronic device.

Overall attractiveness of the industry: Based on 5 Force theory,
Mental Health industy is not attractive due to proiroty of high grades for
the most of criterias.
3.3 Customers and Their Needs
Our customers are the people who needs help. Students who have issues
with their friends, studies or misunderstanding of local society. Parents
who have difficulty in communication with their kids.
Looking at the latest records of NZ Statistics, there is a huge number of
suicides between 13-21 years of age. The main problem is
misunderstanding by local society and difficulty to deal with problems that
arise. Unfortunately a number of young adults with drugs and alcohol
problems increases. At the moment the common type of help is
medicament treatment which is expensive. Most people are using free
sources to get help. But not all sources are truly helpful. Teenagers share
their experience but something that works on one person will not work on
the other.
Professional nurses and doctors will answer all questions online. This
information will be 100% confidential and easy to access from any device.
3.4 The Product and Services
Lets talk is an online application that concentrates on a propaganda of
healthy relationship between young adults. Students who might have
questions and dont know where to get help from. Mental help for those
who have problems with drugs or alcohol. This is two a sided
communication between patients and professional advisers. Advisers are
highly trained and prepared to build close relationship with those who
needs help. Application will be available in schools libraries and public
computers. To make it more privet and confidential the application can be
download on a mobile phone.

3.5 Suppliers and Partners
Partners:
Ministry of Education/Ministry of health
In partnership with Ministry of Education and Ministry of Health we
believe that our application can help young people to make right
decisions. With support from government we can get an authority to
distribute our service in public places. For example public libraries will
make it easier to access application for those people who are not able to
use it privately.
Education centres:
To supply the service to local schools, universities etc. There are also few
different ways of using Lets talk. Our application can be helpful not only
for students but also for their parents and teachers. Parents who are
trying to support their kids in difficult time. We can make this application
official for all devices in schools and libraries. This will allow us to reach
wider audience.
Suppliers:
IT Firms:
Lets talk is educational application that required high informational and
technological support. Software development team will develop our
application to make it user-friendly and easy to download on any device.
In a long run application will need regular control and update from
operators.
Windows, Apple, Android online markets:
To provide easy access we have to get permission to distribute our
application. To make it accessible to download application, it has to be
registered as an application on online markets of Windows, Apple and
6
6
Android. That will allow our customers to download or use this application
online from any device.
3.6 Strategy: Cost Leadership Strategy
This application can be widely used. Its no limitation of questions or
topics that could be discussed. Customers of any age are welcome to join
our circle of trust. We are oriented on a wide audience.
This application will be developed with a support from government and
the cost of this application will be minimized. Our cost strategy is low
cost.
Lets talk is concentrated on broad market and low cost which means that
we follow Cost Leadership strategy.
3.7 Value Chain Activi ty: Human resources managment
Human resources management is probably one of the most important
area for our business. People are our main resource which we use to
create and deliver the value of our service.
Professional advisers have to have a good knowledge/experience to build
a trust and create relationship with future patients. Patients will be
absolutely confident talking about topics that worries them the most. By
helping young adults to sort theirs problems out, our employees
decreases the level of crime and suicide between young adults.
3.8 Business Processes
3.8.1. Application Distribution Process The main purpose of this process is
to make sure the process of distribution is liquid enough to control and
