• Scholar Register
Mostly we have maintain Scholar Register Two Types :
1. Newly Registered Student Entry
2. Old Student /Already Registered Student Entry
3. Search : Searching Old Student By Name : Its easy to find out
old student in scholar Register. We can enter searching student’s
name in text field. Than list show. & If we want to Print Birth-
Certificate, Character Certificate, SR Details and Edit in Entry is
possible.
4. Class Detail : Add or Delete Classes.
5. Section Entry : Add or Delete Section.
6. Subject Details : Add or Delete Subject.
7. Class Section Details : Assign Section to Class.
8. Subject Assignment for Classes : Assign Subject to Class.
9. Student Section Selection : After Admission Assign Section or
Change Section of Students.
10. Generate Class Roll No. : If we want to generate Exam & Class
Roll No. Using : Generate Roll No.
• Fee Collection
1. Fee Type : Using this option user can assign Fee Head according
to his School.
2. Fee Installment : How many Installment user described easily.
3. Installment For Classes : User set Class wise & Installment wise
Fee Value of Particular Fee Head.
4. Fee Deposit : For Fee Deposit First Select Class & Section than
Student List Appear. Now Select Installment Type and Other Fee
if Applicable.
5. Receipt : Print out of Fee Receipt After save data in two Receipt
Format. One for student & Second for school.
• Exam- Data
1. Exam Type : How many Types of Examination.
2. Examination : Define Types of test Examination Date (Start Date
to End Date & Result Date)
3. Exam Selection : First Select Exam , Class, Subject Name And
Click upon now Enter Marks.
4. Mark Entry : Enter Marks Exam wise & Continue in one subject.

3. Purchase Books.
4. Other Entries : Authors, Book Title , Book Subject . Are , made
same like vendors and publishes.
5. Library Membership.
6. Book Issue : Issue & Deposit Books.

1. Student Banking Service : This additional features use to those
student they live in Hostel and deposited her pocket money in
school Account and withdrawal time to time when its required.
2. Student Transaction : Deposit or Payment Entry.

1. Vehicle Master : Applicant List.
2. Vehicle Payment.

 Student’s List : Session Wise, Admission Date Wise, Class Wise.
