nts
(A) General guidelines:
1. Proper attention is to be paid not only to the technical contents but also to
the organization of the report and clarity of the expression. Due care should be
taken to avoid spelling and typing errors. The student should note that report-w
rite-up forms the important component in the overall evaluation of the project
2. Software projects must include a virus free disc, containing the software dev
eloped by them along with the read me file.
3. Engineering project assigned to the 4th year students of B.Tech students is n
ot about filling the pages but rather is a more serious affair. So, we recommend
that the students should use the space optimally, pages should not be wasted by
including out of the context literature and the contents should not be artifici
ally flattened.
4. Project reports should be typed neatly only on one side of the paper with 1.5
or double line spacing on an A4 size bond paper (210 x 297 mm). The margins sho

(B) General evaluation scheme:
We are presenting an evaluation scheme of the projects generally followed by the
evaluators round the globe. The purpose of this information is to make the stud
