PERFECT TRUST
By: Michael Osborne
In the midst of the storm
When the journey is long
When the mountains seem tall
Or you just can’t go on
When the battle is raging
With no end in sight
Just call out to Jesus
And He’ll be your Light
Worries can be erased
By the promises of God
Knowing that He’s there
No matter where we trod
Perfect trust that won’t waver
In our times of need
Knowing God is still able
To help us succeed
We must not be anxious
When fear starts to set in
But be strong and courageous
To overcome from within
For God will be with us
No matter what will arise
He will calm the rough waters
Bring us sun and blue skies
He will strengthen the weak
In their darkest hour
Carry our burdens
And give us His power
For we have God’s promise
He will meet all our needs
It just takes perfect trust
And a heart that believes
Amen
