PROGRAM/PROJECT DESCRIPTION OF THE PROJECT BENEFICIARIES STATUS OF IMPLEMENTATION KRA 1 Transparent, Accountable, and Participatory Governance Citizens Charter It is a mechanism mandated to all government agencies on the adaption of Citizens Charter stating the frontline services offered by TESDA and the persons responsible through the use of billboards and published materials. Public Implemented by all operating units Efficiency and Integrity Board In compliance to TESDA MEMO Order 105 s. of 2013 , TESDA XII had established the Efficiency and Integrity Board to spearhead the promotion of efficiency and integrity at the regional and provincial offices including TESDA Technology Institutions . Public Implemented by all operating units Implemented OPCR It is a plan formulated by TESDA at the regional/provincial levels indicating the performance commitment of the head of the agency and employees. TESDA Operating Unit, TTIs, Center Implemented by all operating units Implemented ISO Certification In compliance to Executive Order No. 605 directing all departments and agencies of government to adopt ISO quality management system, in line with this TESDA Region XII is now in the process of preparing its requirements for ISO Certification attainment. Maintained the established mechanism Unified TVET Program Registration and Accreditation of Institution Based Programs Provides that any technical vocational institution (TVI) must first apply for and be issued a Certificate of Program Registration (CoPR) before it can offer a course and accept enrollees. An individual intending to enroll in a TESD program is also advised to first ask if the course he intends to enroll in has been issued a CoPR by TESDA. TVIs Students
1,003 programs KRA 2 Poverty Reduction and Empowerment of the Poor and Vulnerable Competency, Assessment and Certification Program A program which ensures that TVET graduates and skilled workers have the necessary competence to perform the tasks consistent with the required standards in the work place. a) Training for Work Scholarship Program (TWSP) Provides immediate interventions to the highly critical skills. This covers training costs either partially or in full for courses with critical skills requirements. The program provides skills and competencies to jobseekers through appropriate training programs that are linked up with jobs with immediate employment locally and overseas. 20,035 Regional/Provincial Technical Education and Skills Development Committees (R/PTESDC) Has been established to coordinate and monitor the delivery of all TESD activities of the public and private sector. Act as the policy recommending body concerning TVET at the regional and provincial levels. TVIs Industry Public 5 R/PTESDCs Labor and TESD Market Information Report Provides insights on current trends, issues and challenges available in the local and international labor markets both the demand and supply. TVIs Industry Public 4 LMIRs Impact Evaluation Studies Study being conducted annually to determine the employment and socio economic status of TVET graduates. TVIs Industry Public 1 Study Employers Survey The study is conducted with aim of evaluating the levels of satisfaction of the employers on the competencies of TVIs Industry Public 1 study TVET graduates in the in the identified industry priority sector. Skills Competition This activity serve as venue to recognize the skills excellence of skilled workers and TVET graduates. This is implemented in collaboration with industry, TVIs and other stakeholders. TVIs Industry Public TVET Students 2 Provincial Skills Competition Institutional Awards (TESDA Idol /Kabalikat Awards Awards being given to partners and workers who have excelled in their chosen fields of endeavor both in economic aspect and career growth. 219 programs KRA 4 Just and Lasting Peace and the Rule of Law TESDA Scholarship Program for Sajahatra Bangsamoro The program aims to uplift the health, and livelihood conditions of priority Bangsamoro communities and targeted individual beneficiaries through quick-gestation, high impact, and social protection-type programs. It signifies and highlights the partnership of the GPH and the MILF in working towards peace and development for Bangsamoro and the country.
