CIVIL - STRUCTURAL ENGINEER

Job description
Provide the company with professional advised on any project condition related to
civil/structural issue on request of project manager or superior position level, before or
during project execution
In personal or with other related expertise jointly take responsibility for the design has
been agreed that the implementation appropriate with the intended design calculation
and drawing
Provide the company with professional advised related to kind of soil test and soil
behavior based on the result of soil test properties and or experience

Desired Skills and Experience:
Minimum 3 Years experience together in consultant company as Structure Design
Engineer and in contractor company, minimum, as Site & Supervisor Engineer
Knowledge in the use of related several civil & structural engineering software i.e. SAP,
ETABS, SAFE, SANS, STAAD, etc
Knowledge in standard international specifications and codes related to civil & structural
engineering i.e. SNI, ASTM, etc
Experience to review & check civil & structural specifications, equipment, foundation
calculation, building & structural calculation, etc
Good knowledge to review & check of project Bill of Quantity versus shop drawing or
Detailed Engineering Design (DED)
Several experience as Executive Superintendent
Ability to read project design shop drawing
Able to make/manage project time schedule (Microsoft Project or Excel)
Able to operate minimum 2D drawing software i.e. Auto Cad
Good interpretation on scope of work in 3D view in mind
National Certification / acknowledgment as structure engineer in Middle Rank/ Experts-
Intermediate Structure Engineer (SKA)
Project Preparation
- Route Survey (Survey and Route Survey and J ourney Management Plan Report)
- Method Drawing, Route Drawing, Transportation Plan (Land Transport Drawing,
Stowage Plan and Beaching Plan), J etty Plan, Lifting and Rigging Plan, Cargo
Securing Plan
- Cost estimation of engineering (machineries, project equipments, man power
handling, mechanic equipments in project, transportation equipments, J acking
equipments)
- Calculations for Cargo Securing, Ballasting, Lifting and Rigging Plan, Load
Distribution
- J ourney Management Plan
- Installation, supervision and maintenance of machineries and other mechanic
equipments in project
- Inspection on subcontractor equipment
Project Execution
- Setting -up equipment and machinery
- Setting-up or clearing access
- Transshipment
- Lifting and Rigging
- Stowage, Ballasting, Water level monitoring, Land Transport
- Problem solving on Social/Local Issue


Requirements
A Bachelors/Master Degree from university holding A or B accreditation in Civil
Engineering, majoring in Structure engineering
Fluent English written and spoken
Male, maximum 35 years old
