Calibration Procedure For TUC-6 BLMS.

This document provides instructions for calibrating a test weight calibration (TUC-6) system using both a dead-load calibration procedure and an mV calibration procedure. The dead-load calibration procedure involves applying a test weight, zeroing the display, and then entering calibration load values. The mV calibration procedure involves entering a tare mV value with no load applied, applying a test weight, and then entering a calculated span mV value. Both procedures require navigating calibration menus using specified display keys.

DESCRIPTION
TEST WEIGHT CALIBRATION PROCEDURE FOR TUC-6 (BLMS)
Initially TUC shows some counts w. r .t old calibration,
accepting the DEAD LOAD by pressing the counts are
become zero. Before proceed the calibration ensure the belt is
empty & the load cell mechanismrepeatability is proper.
Press to precede the load calibration.
LHS counts (auto) w.r.t load cell mV & RHS counts determined
the calibration percentage. LHScounts will increase w.r.t to
increment of the mV from Tare mV. After study state of
counts enter the d counts in RHS w.r.t to calibration
percentage. Press to complete the calibration & close the
calibration menu.
Note: 1%calibration =20 d counts
