Infosys provides important instructions for students going through their pre-campus recruitment process. Students must complete their registration by the communicated deadline, including uploading their resume. They should refer to guidelines and FAQs for any registration queries. Infosys Limited Important instructions for students

Pre-Campus Recruitment Stage:



1. You shall shortly receive an e-mail from Infosys with your unique user id and password. Access the
URL shared and complete your registration before the cut-off date communicated. All registrations
completed after the deadline will not be considered.
2. During registration, you are required to upload your resume, therefore keep a resume format
ready before registering
3. During the registration process for any queries kindly refer to :

4. Three days prior to the event date for the Infosys campus recruitment process, the option of
printing your application form in your account would be enabled. Please re-login and take a print of
this application form on a single A4 size page; (back- to-back print only). A mail also will be sent to
you in this regard.

Points to remember during registration:

1. While filling the application form, please ensure that all the data fields in the Application Form are
filled in (e.g. Citizenship, Date of Birth etc.)
2. In-case there is a column which is not relevant to you; please mention N.A. or nil as applicable.
3. While filling your academic details, kindly adhere to instructions and consider all your subjects
(including optional subjects). Please refer to the below illustration for Simple average calculation.

Simple Average/ Aggregate = (530+507+474+598)/(625+625+600+700) = 2109/2550 = 82.70%


Please use only the above method to calculate the simple average/ aggregate for each of your academic
qualifications

If your college follows a CGPA system, please ensure that the CGPA is calculated taking into account each
and every course that you have undertaken in the curriculum, including optional or additional subjects (if
any)

If you have done your Diploma after X and have joined directly as a lateral entrant into 2nd year of BE/
B.Tech, please calculate the aggregate for all the 3 years of Diploma (including all languages/ optional
subjects/ additional subjects undertaken during the 3 years) and capture the same separately. Compute the
aggregate for Engineering from the 2nd year (3rd semester) onwards to the final semester; as applicable.

Please ensure that there is no intentional or unintentional misrepresentation of data since this shall lead
to disqualification of the candidature or termination of employment, if made an offer.

On the Day of the event:

1. Please make sure that you carry the following with you, else you shall not be admitted for the process :
A print out of the application form
Two passport sized photographs in formal attire; to be affixed on your form in the presence of the
invigilator
Your college ID card
Your academic certificates; and
Two copies of your resume.

2. Use of calculators, mobile phones, digital diaries, palm tops or any other such devices on the day of the
assessment test is strictly prohibited.

3. As a policy, one has to maintain a gap of at least 9 months from the date of appearing for a selection
process with Infosys, before participating again. You have been called for this test on the
understanding that you have not undergone any Infosys selection process in the last 9 months.
