- The CD-2500/U doorphone is mounted in a single staircase, apartment house entrance etc.
- The CD-2500/H doorphone is mounted next to main entrance e.g. by the fenced estate gate.
- The doorphone keyboard works as a code lock.
- The control panel is very durable against demolition and bad weather conditions.
- The control panel has 4-position display and lighted up optical keyboard without mechanical contacts.
- The control panel with lighted window allows for placement of list of several inhabitants, doorphone manual, estate address,
etc.
- There is a possibility of mounting special designed panels for inhabitants names next to the control panel.
- The doorphone is capable of using the touch electronic keys.
- Individual configuration of some options for every house. There is a possibility of independently choosing one of ten ring
tones in every house, set code lock options or shorten the call to one signal.
- The doorphone requires uniphones with digital decoders allowing the programming of house number (LM-8, LR-8, LT-8,
LX-8, LF-8 type uniphones).
- One doorphone electronic cassette EC-2500/U can handle up to 254 uniphones. The uniphones are connected in parallel
with two-wired cable.
- There is a possibility to connect two uniphones with the same number in one house.
- The technician can software configure the doorphone functions and work parameters.

Doorphone electronic cassette
- EC-2500/H doorphone cassette for main entrance This type of cassette cooperates only with EC-2500/U cassette, and
there is no possibility to connect the uniphones directly to it.
- EC-2500/U doorphone cassette for secondary door in multi-entrance system. Its use is also recommended in single-
entrance objects, which can be fenced with a fence with one common entrance for several objects in the future.

WIRING
Wire sections for interphone cables
- The distance between EC-2500/U electronic cassette and control panel CP-2500 should not exceed 15 m. That distance
has to be covered with paired telecommunication cable with diameter min. 0,5 mm (e.g. XTKMX or similar). The cable
should have minimum six pairs.
- The cable placed outside should be moisture resistant.
- The distance between uniphones and EC-2500/U should be covered with any minimum single-pair cable with wire diameter
minimum 0,5 mm, e.g. XTKMX, YTDY, etc.
- That distance should not exceed 150 m.
- The distance between EC-2500/U cassette and EC-2500/H should be covered with any minimum single-pair cable with
wire diameter minimum 0,5 mm, e.g. XTKMX, YTDY, etc. That distance should not exceed 150 m.
- The required wire diameter depends on cables length. That distance should be chosen according to the table below.
- The doorphone system should not be placed closer than 20 cm to energetic cables.

Electrolock or electromagnetic lock
It is recommended to use 12 VAC/DC electrolocks with CD-2500 doorphone, with current not exceeding 0,8 A, or
electromagnetic locks.
Door opening button
The button is used to unlock the electrolock or electromagnetic lock when leaving the object. As this button any push button
can be used e.g. door bell button. High durability and long life buttons are recommended, especially in places with high
traffic flow.
Additional call module PW-1
This module allows for additional acoustic or visual signalling connection (e.g. for poorly hearing people). LM uniphone
dedicated, but can be used in any digital system uniphone. The module requires additional transformer with 9 to 24 VAC.

Standard control panel is offered as a built-in version. A mounting on the wall is possible using the casing:

VIDEOPHONE ASSIGNMENT
- The doorphone allows to connect up to 254 users. The control, audio and video signals are sent through UTP cable.
The use of symmetrical cable allowed to eliminate the expensive and not handy concentric cable.
- The video monitors have B&W flat screen and earphone to talk.
- The video monitor has brightness, contrast and call volume adjustment.
- The video monitors have auxiliary local cameras inputs. They can be used for staircase or parking place observation, as
well as a door visor. Depending on monitors version, it can handle from 1 to 3 cameras.
- The uniphones for Laskomex digital doorphones can be used with the videophone.
- There is especially designed for CV-2500 videophone video signal splitter CVR-1, which facilitates installation in multi-
storeyed buildings, and ensures great image quality.
- In the videophone the demolition-resistant control panel with optical lighted keyboard with no mechanical connections was
used, which works also as a code lock.
- CV-2500 with the electronic touch key reader is a comfort for inhabitants and indispensable solution for older people, object
administrators, post office workers etc.
- The software alteration of videophone parameters allows for easy adaptation to users needs, and some parameters, as
a ring tone, can be adjusted individually for every user.
- The videophone can control an auxiliary device, e.g. entrance gate drive.

The videophone can not handle multiple entrances.

Various methods for videophone installation with floor splitters. Pay attention for total length of cables between electronic cassette and
splitter and between splitter and video monitor, it should not exceed 150 m.
Videophone installation with floor splitters. It is recommended
method, ensuring clear image without noise and distortion.
Number of splitters connected directly to the bus should not
exceed 20, which allows for connection of 80 video monitors.
Installations with larger amount of uniphones are show in C)
and d) figures. If the image quality is not satisfactory, there has
the change of signal amplification and correction made (jumpers
JP2, JP3).
Incorrect videophone installation. Videophone installation as a bus,
where the receivers (monitors or splitters) are connected by separate
cables is inadmissible, and will cause image distortion.

Videophone installation in mixed mode, with signal splitters and
monitors connected directly to vision signal source. Connection of
monitors is allowed under conditions in point a). Total number of
receivers (splitters and monitors) connected directly to the bus
should not exceed 20. Beside the type of installation the uniphones
can be connected in parallel mode to L+ L- line in any place.
The suggested method for electrical installation: four-wired bus made with UTP cable with cable boxes on the floors (a) or with splitters
CVR-1 (b). Other installation layouts may cause image distortion and noise.
Videophone installation without video signal splitters. This method
is allowed in small installations, where total length of cable connecting
control panel with electronic cassette and electronic cassette with
the farthest monitor should not exceed 50 m. In the video monitor
at the end of the line terminator (Z1 jumper) should be set in
UTP+TERM position.

Floor splitter CVR-1
The splitter facilitates electric installation make and signals routing. One splitter can handle up to 4 monitors. The splitter
does not require its own power source it takes energy from connected monitors. There are RJ-45 sockets in the splitter,
which are used to connect the monitors.
WIRING
- The cable length between electronic cassette and control panel should not exceed 15 m. This connection should be made
with telecommunication cable, minimum seven-paired, with section 0,2 mm2 (wire diameter 0,5 mm). Use of two cables
is recommended: UTP cable for vision signal and telecommunication cable for other signals (e.g. XTKMX or XzTKMXw).
- Installation placed in ground or outside the building should me made with moisture resistant cable.
- The distance between the farthest monitor (uniphone) and electronic cassette should not exceed 150 m. This line should
be made from UTP cable. The installation should not be made as a bus the cable has to be conducted from one monitor
(or splitter) to another.
- The doorphone system should not be placed closer than 20 cm to energetic cables.

The CD-3000 doorphone is designed for:
- blocks of flats,
- apartment houses,
- fenced estates of detached and semi-detached houses,
- detached houses.
CD-3000 DOORPHONE ASSIGNMENT
- The CD-3000 doorphone can handle from one to four main entrances, e.g. gates in fence surrounding few buildings. The
doorphones are also installed in every building, or in every staircase. There can be 15 doorphones, every one of them
includes 1to 4 control panels, mounted by the building or staircase entrances.
- One electronic cassette can handle 1 to 4 control panels. One EC-3000/H handles main entrances; every building, or
staircase with independent doorphone (apart form entrances number) has EC-3000/U cassette.
- Maximum distance between electronic cassette and control panel is 150 m.
- Code lock function.
- The doorphone is equipped with touch electronic keys reader. Such keys are the perfect solution for building inhabitants,
especially for older people. This solution can be also used by estate administrators, technical services, post office workers
etc.
- The control panel is very durable against demolition and bad weather conditions.
- The keyboard in CD-3000 doorphone is lighted, which allows night use and gives aesthetic look.
- There is an optical keyboard used in the doorphone, which has no mechanical connections number dial is made by
touching the proper field.
- The CD-3000 doorphone has a possibility of individual adjustment of volume and duration of call signal, electrolock action
and many other functions. This allows for adaptation of doorphone to individual needs of inhabitants.
- The doorphone requires uniphones with digital decoders allowing the programming of house number (LM-8, LR-8, LT-8,
LX-8, LF-8 type uniphones).
- Possibility of connecting up to 254 uniphones.
- There is a possibility to connect two uniphones with the same number in one house.
- The technician can easily configure the work parameters and doorphone functions. It is ensured by programming mode,
which can be used by the technician. All configuration changes are made with doorphone keyboard.
The doorphone can work in two systems:
- basic, handling single entrance (staircase or estate area, etc.)
- multi-entrance, handling one main entrance and up to 15 secondary entrances.

Power supply
TR- power supply transformer TS25/2, art. no. 0018 for CD-3000 exchange. It is a double-winding transformer, with output
voltage 12 VAC/0,8 A and 14,5 VAC/0,8 A.
Electrolock or electromagnetic lock
WIRING
- The cable length between electronic cassette and control panel should not exceed 150 m. That distance has to be covered
with six-paired telecommunication cable with diameter min. 0,5 mm (e.g. XzTKMX or similar). The wire diameter has to
be chosen according to cable length(see table). Paired cable is absolutely obligatory.
- The distance between the farthest uniphone and the electronic cassette and between cassette EC-3000/H and EC-3000/U
should not exceed 150 m. This distance should be covered with any doorphone or telecommunication cable, e.g. YTKSY,
YTDY, XTKMX or similar, minimum single-paired, with wire diameter 0,5 mm.
- The doorphone system should not be placed closer than 20 cm to energetic cables.
- Installation placed in ground or outside the building should me made with moisture resistant cable.

It is recommended to use 12 VAC/DC electrolocks with CD-3000 doorphone, with current not exceeding 0,8 A, or
electromagnetic locks.
Door opening button
The button is used to unlock the electrolock or electromagnetic lock when leaving the object. As this button any push button
can be used e.g. door bell button. High durability and long life buttons are recommended, especially in places with high
traffic flow.
Additional call module PW-1
This module allows for additional acoustic or visual signalling connection (e.g. for poorly hearing people). LM uniphone
dedicated, but can be used in any digital system uniphone. The module requires additional transformer with 9 to 24 VAC.
THE MODULE DOES NOT CONTROLL DEVICES POWERED DIRECTLY FROM POWER NETWORK!
Control panel casing
Standard control panel for CD-3000 doorphone is offered as a built-in version. A mounting on the wall is possible using the
casing:
DA1 - single-segment on-wall casing
DA2H - single-segment on-wall casing, horizontal
DA2V - double-segment on-wall casing, vertical
DA3H - triple-segment on-wall casing, horizontal
DA3V - triple-segment on-wall casing, vertical
NP 3000 - lighted number panel, allowing the placement of inhabitants list or additional information.

OORPHONE ASSIGNMENT
- The doorphone is designed for staircases with one entrance in blocks of flats and apartment houses, as well as detached
and semi-detached houses.
- The doorphone allows to connect up to 99 users.
-Various modes of numeration (hotel numeration, numeration with range offset) allow for dialling number greater than 99.
- The 4-field display used in the doorphone allows for dialling numbers from 1 to 9999.
- The doorphone is equipped with vertical control panel with lighted mechanical keyboard.
- Multi-cable bus ensures high reliability of doorphone. Damage or short circuit in any of uniphones does not affect the
whole doorphone other rooms are still accessible.
- The electrolock is controlled by micro processor unit, and short circuit or damage of control button in any of the uniphones
does not result in continuous electrolock action, as it happens in most of analog doorphones.
- The doorphone keyboard works as a code lock.
- There is no possibility of eavesdrop of conversations in other uniphones, inhabitant can not also change the number of
his uniphone.
- Uniphones for KD-3000 doorphone are simple electronic devices, what gives them great sound quality, low failure frequency
and low price.
- The KD-3000 doorphone is equipped with touch electronic keys reader. Such keys are the perfect solution for building
inhabitants, especially for older people. This solution can be also used by estate administrators, technical services, post
office workers etc. Adding and removing keys from doorphone memory is very easy due to proper procedures in electronic
cassette program.
- The doorphone has a variety of functions and parameters affecting its work, which may be modified in programming mode

- The KD-3000 doorphone can be configured by the PC computer.

Electrical system of the doorphone between decoder and uniphones is made from two 10-wired cables conducted vertically, and 2-wired
cables from uniphones are connected to them. The figure shows installation ready to connect 99 uniphones. The required number of
wires in cable decreases with decrease of number of uniphones. This relation is shown on the next page.
The uniphone assignment to a number is based on the proper connection with the bus. It can be conventionally divided in two columns
one of the is responsible for decimals, and the other for units in the number. One of uniphones terminals has to be connected with
decimals line, the other with units line.

cable, e.g. XTKMXor XzTKMX, minimum 4-paired (8-wired) with minimum diameter 0,5 mm. That distance should not
exceed 25 m.
- The cable placed outside should be moisture resistant.
- The distance between decoder and uniphones has to be covered with a bus with cable boxes on every floor. The bus can
be made from any cable with minimum diameter 0,5 mm e.g. XTKMX or YTDY.
- There has to be a minimum single-paired (2-wired) cable in the cable boxes, connecting the bus with uniphone, it may
be any cable with min. diameter 0,5 mm e.g. XTKMX or YTDY.

The doorphone is designed for modernization of analog doorphones, working in 3+n, 4+n, 5+n system. Such doorphones
used to be frequently installed in blocks and apartment houses.
- The CA-3500 doorphone uses existing electrical system and most of connected uniphones. The modernization is based
on control panel replacement, and replacing the old electronic cassette with decoder.
- The CA-3500 doorphone allows to connect up to 22 users. The expanding decoder module allows to connect next 40
users.

MD-3500 and MD-3500/R decoders
The MD-3500 decoder for CA-3500 doorphone allows the connection of 22 users.
The MD-3500/R expands the possibilities of CA-3500 doorphone allowing the connection of next 40 users. This module
cooperates with MD-3500 decoder and can not work alone.
Uniphones
CA-3500 doorphone cooperates with most of analog system uniphones of 3+n, 4+n, 5+n type:
- 3+n installation uniphones with earphone line controlled electrolock,
- uniphones for 4+n analog systems,
- uniphones for 5+n system with direct control of electrolock by the button in uniphone.
The doorphone does not cooperate with uniphones:
- for 3+n installation with microphone line controlled electrolock,
- uniphones for 5+n system with electromechanical call (buzzer).
