Abstract

This shows the reliability and convenience of a Computerized Payroll

System for Santol Computer World Plus for an easy management during payroll period.

The system features the computerized and accurate way of storing employee and payroll

information as well as computing the total deductions and income that each employee

will may get. The system is tasked to add personal information as well as employees’ rate

per day and deductions that the company may apply for the benefit of their employees.

This information is saved in the system and is also editable for further changes. The

company owner can also search for each employee’s summary information by using their

employee ID, last name, the year that they were employed and also their current position.

The system may also provide printed reports for employee information and payroll

summary. It aims to provide the company a better payroll procedure.
